My absolute favorite thing about being a Realtor is walking into a home with a buyer and they say "this is the one!" The opportunity to listen to my client's dreams and find it for them is so fulfilling. I was a salesperson for 2 years with a national company and became a broker at my own company in 2005. While being educated for real estate, I also received my appraisers certification and continue to appraise homes for several lenders and AMCs.
